Four hundred people (<em>359 per Guinness World Record</em>) cooking on 20 off grid electric BBQs on 50 acres of certified organic farmland, all working the same recipe at the same time, all for a great cause (raising money for OzHarvest).</p> <p>The farm has been running for over 50 years. The produce in today&rsquo;s cook came from the fields on site. The cooking lesson structure is simple and useful: everyone cooks the veggie burger (beetroot, carrot, zucchini, black beans, charred on the grill) simultaneously, in the June low afternoon light on the Central Coast.</p>
